John 21:15–16 (KJV)
15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. 16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
Ministry is a testing ground. It is a testing ground for everyone who intends from the heart to serve Jesus. The ministry will test everybody. No one will be exempt from the test of the ministry.
In ministry, you will come in contact with different people. Though we be many, God knows all of us. It is true that it is God we all came to serve, but no one has seen God face to face (John 1:18); you will either see the sent man or woman.
In ministry, those who will last are THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD AND THE MAN. Listen, you can't claim to love the Lord if you don’t love the man. How can you claim to love the Lord whom you haven't seen and despise the man you see whom he sent?
A lot of people who are serving in the ministry don't carry love for their man or woman of God. What we do is pretend, but there is no true love. How do you know if you love the man? You will be about the business because you know it's the Lord's business. You will be self-motivated to do the job, and you will be encouraged and stay to see the work grow. Hallelujah.
Lord, help my heart today and purge my heart of any evil intentions, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Proverbs 17:8 (MSG)

Envy and strife are two bad fruits, and their equation is always terrible. Any organisation or family where they are permitted, they will wreak havoc.

It is a good thing for one to be planted in the house of God. In fact, you will be rewarded with the grace to flourish. It is also a good thing that anyone who is planted in the house of God must be involved in carrying out one function or the other in the house of God.

One day at a Sunday service, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome shared how when they started the ministry and the ministry was growing but not with the speed required, a woman who was in the sanitation department had an issue with someone in the department, and when he told them to bring the
