Ecclesiastes 4:4 (MSG)
Then I observed all the work and ambition motivated by envy. What a waste! Smoke. And spitting into the wind.
A lot of people all over the world do things but with different motivations. For every work you see done on earth, it is done with some level of motivation. And motivation comes from different places or people. We all receive our motivations from different spirits.
Not all the people working for God receive their motivation from him. Not all the people you see working in the house of God receive their motivation from the Spirit of God. Some are motivated by the spirit of envy.
Envy is the reason you do that work you claim you are led by God to do, but without any motivation or joy. How can God lead you to do something for him and then deny you the joy and the happiness that goes with it? The reason you want to outdo others is because envy is your motivation. The reason why you are never pleased that someone else does the job better than you is because of envy.
The reason you always want it to be you and you only is because of envy. It is time to check your motivation. Be guided.
It is only by you we can truly win and find true happiness. Help me, oh Lord, to be true with you and right in my heart working for you. Amen.
"Ignore the Word and suffer; honor God’s commands and grow rich."
Proverbs 13:13 (MSG)

A lot of people are offended at Christianity today. Ask yourself: if Christ or the Apostles were to be alive today, would they have tolerated this thing we practice and call Christianity?

Someone once asked: who was Jesus's close friend while on earth? And people began to give answers based on what they felt or read from the scripture, like some said John the Apostle, others said Peter, and another said Lazarus because he was always going there, but I disagree.

I watched one of the documentaries on a TV station, and it was about a mother who was late for work, and her one-year-old baby was crying for her to carry her, but she was in a hurry and running late. But then she made up her mind to carry her baby for a few minutes before stepping out. And when she did, the baby defecated on her, and she just went “oooh” but quickly carried her to her room and helped clean her up, and she went to her own room and changed before going out.
